The Savvy Gift & Savings Planner (the "Service") is a holiday budgeting and savings planner provided by Rustic Budget Living ("we", "us"). By using the Service you are contracting with Rustic Budget Living, and by continuing to use it you agree to these Terms.

The Service

The Service helps you plan gift budgets, track purchases and cash back, and offers Savvy Plus (unlimited AI gift ideas, deal finder and photo reader, price alerts on every gift, all printables and the PDF report export) for a one-time $10.00 purchase that includes lifetime access. You must be of legal age to buy, or have permission from a parent or guardian.

Your account

Keep your login details confidential and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful use, fraud or spam.
• No infringing anyone's intellectual property.
• No interfering with security — including malware, probing, scraping, reverse engineering or getting around usage limits.
• No reselling or redistributing the Service.

AI features

AI gift ideas, deal suggestions and screenshot readings may be inaccurate. Check prices, rates and details yourself before buying. You are responsible for what you enter and how you use the results. Do not use the AI features to create illegal, hateful or harmful content. We may filter outputs, remove content or suspend accounts that misuse them. You keep rights to your inputs; to report content that infringes your rights, contact us through the Account page.

No financial advice

The Service is for general budgeting help only and is not financial, legal or tax advice. Cash-back amounts are estimates; the rewards apps decide what they actually pay.

Ownership

Rustic Budget Living owns the Service, its software, documentation and branding. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it within your plan. Your own data stays yours; you let us store and process it only to run the Service.

Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, renewal, cancellation and refund terms are covered by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

Service level

We work to keep the Service running, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without implied warranties.

Liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or data. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law doesn't allow it.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access for serious breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. When access ends, you can export or delete your data from the Account page; we delete backups as described in our Privacy Notice.

Other

We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. You may not transfer your account without our consent. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where Rustic Budget Living is based. We may update these Terms and will post the new date above.
